Description

One  square yard of 100% cotton cloth, like butter muslin, is tightly woven at 90 threads per inch. It is used for draining all of your soft and semi-soft cheeses, yogurt and more.
 
It can be washed in warm water after each use and even washed in the machine. You can also wash it in dishwasher or place it in boiling water to make sure it is clean and safe.   It may be used over and over again.  This 1 square yard can be cut to the size you want, or for a large batch you can use the whole piece and tie up at the top and hang to drain the whey.
