Liquid vegetarian rennet (Marzyme D.S.)  1oz bottle

Coagulating enzyme produced by the fermentation of a purified culture of the fungal specie Mucor miehei  This is a Double Strength rennet that contains no animals products or dyes!

Rate of use:  

½ tsp for 3-4 gallons for hard cheese

1/3 tsp for 2 gallons for soft cheese.

  Dilute required amount of rennet in 20 times its volume of cool, non-chlorinated water. Add into milk and stir for 2 minutes to thoroughly distribute.

Store liquid rennet in refrigerator. Will keep 6 months if stored properly.
