Heart Shaped Soft Cheese Mold, made for draining and molding soft cheeses. Can be used for any soft cheeses, even creme cheese from goat, sheep and even cows milk. We offer this set of two because sometimes it is difficult to drain the whey completely when using just one. These molds easily stack together, providing the gentle weight needed to assist the release of the whey.
Here is how you do it: place cheese cloth inside each mold, add the cheese curd, stack the two molds together and place in a bowl or other container to accept the whey. Every so often, rotate the stack. You can even stack more than two! Don't forget that you can add herbs and spices, and even fruit and honey to soft cheese! Experiment with various flavors and have fun!
