Thermophilic B culture is made in Canada by Biena, formally known as Abiasa and is a very nice general thermophilic used to make harder cheeses such as Mozarella, Parmesan, Romano and Provolone. Some recipes call for a blend of Mesophilic and Thermophilic, like Mozzarella  It provides a wonderful old world taste! 

You can even make a mother culture from this brand to keep your cultures going longer. 

This package contains eight 1/4 tsp doses, and each 1/4 tsp dose is used for 1-3 gallons of milk.
