LyoPro MDH – Mesophilic/Thermophilic Culture with Nutty Flavor like Kazu

This is a MESO-THERMO blend freeze-dried Lactic Starter Culture to make Semi-hard and soft cheeses such as Farmhouse Cheddar or similar styles, Pecorino, Cottage cheese, Feta, White cheese, and even Gouda. GMO-Free!

Instructions for use: 1/16 tsp per 1 to 3 gallons milk.

Contents: Lactococcus lactis, Lactococcus cremoris, Lactococcus lactis biovar diacetylactis, and Lactobacillus helveticus

Best stored in tightly sealed container in Freezer or refrigerator.
