 Thermophilic C Cheese making starter culture!

Thermophilic C culture is made in Canada by Biena, formally known as Abiasa and is used to make harder cheeses like Swiss style cheeses, such as Gruyere, Swiss, Jarlsberg and Emmental.  

You can even make a mother culture from this brand to keep your cultures going longer. 

This container provides eight 1/4 tsp doses, and each 1/4 tsp dose is used for 1-3 gallons of milk.

Best stored in our secure container in the freezer.
