Made of 18/10 quality stainless steel, this induction-ready Sauce Pot from the BelleVie Series, is designed to heat or reheat liquids, from simmering sauces to boiling water. The diameter is 14 1/8” with a height of 8 5/8” and holds approx 24 quarts. The stainless lid for this Sauce Pot is the one marked with a 14 1/8" diamter.
The ergonomic handles are 10 point welded. The body features a 21-gauge thickness or 0.85 mm while the aluminum sandwiched disc is a 16-gauge or 1.55 mm and the bottom stainless steel AISI 430 induction disc is a 24-gauge or 0.63 mm. It comes with a 2-year warranty.
