LyoPro Floralac

LyoPro Floralac contains a blend of mesophilic strains. It provides for a nice buttery flavor along with the addition of an aroma production and eye forming ability in semi-hard and hard cheeses. It is also suggested for cream cheese and goat cheeses like chevre and is great for the culturing of the cream for butter production. Our customers have shared our opinion that LyoPro cultures create much better flavors and creamier textures!

Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis,
Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris,
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis,
Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris.

Application: Hard, Semi-hard and soft cheeses, Pecorino,Edam, Lerdammer, Gouda, white cheese, cream cheese, flavoring of milk and butter.

Use:  1/16 tsp per 1-3 gallons of milk. Contains: two tsp  Storage:  Best stored in Freezer for longevity, may store in frig when using it often.
