This 16" piano whip features a lighter-gauge, stainless steel wire for whipping and aerating delicate sauces and toppings.
In cheese making, this whisk allows for easily breaking up the curds into small pieces. Just place it straight down into the pot of curds, and turn horizontal as you move it up through the curds. The whisk will come up under the curds allowing them to fall through the whisk wires... sometimes if your curd is a little drier can can tap it on the side of the pot to help the curds move through the wires.
