LyoPro MO is a mesophilic freeze-dried Lactic Starter Culture to make Hard and soft cheeses, such as Cream Cheese, Ricotta, Cottage Cheese, Colby, Cheddar just to mention a few. And it can also be used for flavoring (culturing) butter! We chose this one for butter because we think it's the best. But know that for a different flavor you can try the LyoPro MDL to culture your butter for an aromatic type flavor.
