Enjoy this yogurt with a more mild flavor and you can make it as thick as you want! Just place the yogurt you make with this culture into a cheese cloth lined colander on top of a bowl for a few hours to release some of the whey resulting in a thicker yummy yogurt.
ABY-2C yogurt culture is a freeze-dried concentrated lactic starter for direct milk inoculation. This just means you cannot make a mother culture with this starter, but you can use a Tablespoon of your yogurt to inoculate the next batch... and you can do this several times.
This package contains 2 teaspoons (twice the amount in our regular product) and you only need to use 1/16th tsp to make 2 quarts of wonderful yogurt! That can make 32 batches of yogurt!
