The Butter Buddy is a holder for our Sweet Mary's Butter Mold. Designed by a customer of ours that loved our butter mold but wanted to be able to mold butter into 1 pound bars faster and easier... nice for everyone and especially nice for folks that have painful joints in their hands and would have some trouble being able to pack the butter into our butter mold.

They are made from a biodegradable plastic made from soybeans and a birch-wood dowl rod. A spacer is provided to hold the butter mold in place to keep the level perfect for a half pound bar of butter. Not only is the design so nice for the perfection of making bars of butter with our wooden mold, it also is made with our logo imprinted on each side! Our butter mold with the butter buddy is such a nice looking pair, folks love to keep it stored on their kitchen counter... as you can see on one of the photos above.
Purchase our Butter Buddy, you get the frame consisting of the two sides, two wood dowls, and the spacer. (Sweet Mary's Butter Mold is purchased separately.)
Instructions:
- Instructions do come with the Butter Buddy.
- Put the Butter Buddy together, connecting both sides with the wooden dowls, see enclosed instructions.
- Know you can place some oil on the ends of the wooden dowls for easier assembly.
- Place the Sweet Mary's Butter Mold into the unit with open side upward, thus you can tell if you need some adjustment to the Butter Buddy so its together with a good fit.
- If you want to press just a half pound bar of butter, place the black spacer into the side of the butter mold.
- You can place saran wrap inside the Butter Mold and pack it up with butter, and then remove the butter mold and press the handle to release the bar of butter onto your table. You can also place freezer wrap or saran wrap on the table and press the butter bar onto it to then fold around the butter bar, and place in your freezer.
