Two square yards of 100% cotton 90 count cheese cloth, like butter muslin, is tightly woven at 90 threads per inch. It is used for draining all of your soft and semi-soft cheeses and more. It can be washed in warm soapy water after each use and even washed in the machine. You can even wash it in the dishwasher or place it into boiling water to make sure it is perfectly sanitary. It may be used over and over again. We give you 2 yards ( 1 yd by 2 yds) here so you can cut to the size you want, small pieces for wrapping curd in a mold, or used for washing a hard cheese with salt brine solution, or for a large batch you can use one large piece, tie up at the top and hang to drain the whey.
