What a great way to form your fresh butter. The 1 lb mold inside dimensions are 2 1/2" X 4 3/4". The 1/2 lb mold measures 2" X 4 1/8" on the inside.
A stainless steel plunger is drawn back, and when the mold is full of butter you expel the butter by pushing on the plunger.
