Made of 18/10 stainless steel this induction-ready stockpot is traditionally sized at a height equal to its diameter to limit evaporation, making it ideal for stocks and soups.
The ergonomic handles are 10 point welded. The body features a 21-gauge thickness or 0.85 mm while the aluminum sandwiched disc is a 16-gauge or 1.55 mm and the bottom stainless steel AISI 430 induction disc is a 24-gauge or 0.63 mm.
It comes with a 2-year manufacturers warranty. Manufactured in Turkey.
